To initiate and negotiate the International and Regional Agreements especially in the areas of sport and culture. Stimulate credit, loans, fellowships and technical support from governments and non governments. Enhance investment (Pease Agreement Act 19- table D).
Investment
Empowerment and support the historical relation between Egypt and South Sudan Government:
Open the new investment opportunities for Egyptian businessmen according to the unique relation between GOSS and Egypt. The Office is also aimed to develop new channels to strength the investment from the Arabs businessmen and all governmental private sectors to participate in developmental consortium in South Sudan.
Capacity Building
To learn from Egypt experience in developing human capacity so as to build the South Sudan human capacity.
Politically and Economically
Support the GOSS during the interim period politically and economically to achieve the Unity for Sudan.
Research and Studies
The comprehensive researches which will focus on peace and security in Egypt. Enhance the social security for all Sudanese in Egypt. Support the Egyptian Authorities to implement the role of law and social peace.
Enhance the Relation with the League of the Arab States.
The mission is aimed to draw closer the relations between countries and GOSS and co-ordinate collaboration between them, economically, politically and to consider in a general way the affairs and interests of the GOSS and Arab countries.
Politically the GOSS plan to strength the political vehicle between the Arabs states and GOSS inorder in favor of South Sudan development and unity.
Economically the Mission is working to open new opportunities and gives liaison services for all Arabs states and businessmen to invest in South Sudan
